Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel

Beautiful views of the river are available. The rooms are a little dated, but the service is excellent at every turn.

Overall it was a good experience. My only criticism would be they need professional help with the pool. The water should not look like that. I know because I work in the industry. Most hotels just have maintenance staff tend to it. Rooms could be a little cleaner. Little table was covered with debris. Possibly coming from the air vent so may be a maintenance issue. Elevators are slow and small so patience is a must. I'm just nit picking as most reviewers do . Lol great location. Great front desk staff.

⸻ I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were truly a breath of fresh air—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. My family and I were treated with such care and hospitality, and we were even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Every detail made us feel pampered and well taken care of. The accommodations were beautiful, and the entire stay felt like a luxury experience. We will absolutely be returning more often. A truly fantastic hotel—highly recommended.

Old hotel and needs to be renovated.Abigail the front desk lady gives us a warm welcome, as soon we enter the door she already welcome us with her smile such a nice and polite front desk lady.There’s no complimentary breakfast but the breakfast attendant offer us coffee.

I had a great stay the Sheraton. I booked a room at the last-minute and needed to extend my stay an hour before checkout the next day. None of this posed any problems for the front desk staff, all of whom were kind and welcoming. The hotel bar is reasonably priced and a great place to wind down, but there are also a bunch of places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel.

We were welcomed by Shelton and was very accommodating. Our stay was amazing, the house keeper Joyce was also the best we’ve had considering we’ve came up from Texas and stayed at other hotels.

I stay here every time I travel to Louisville. It’s SO easy to get to downtown from the Sheraton. The Sheraton has: ample parking, a safe location, a scenic view of the Ohio river, comfortable rooms, great breakfast every morning, helpful staff. Take my highest recommendation!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, location great, pool nice, and spacious rooms. The cons are rooms are a bit outdated. If they would update a few things (old carpet, curtains, wallpaper, paint peeling- just old) for each room per floor, this hotel would be awesome one day!! Plus they need to upgrade and have rooms include a continental breakfast, as currently they do not. Many families who are traveling do not want to hear pay another $12.95 per head to eat. I would rather leave or bring donuts to our room. Things to consider for the new mgmt team and again we'd be back as was a good hotel- just needs improvements.
